Booking Conditions

We would also like to point out that there are no parking spaces available directly at the hotel. As long as you load and unload your luggage, you are allowed to park in front of the hotel. We ask you to park your car in our hotel car park afterwards. The parking lot is free for hotel guests and is 50 meters from our hotel.

In order to guarantee the booking, we need the following data from you: Please tell us your address and cell phone number. Without this information we cannot make a booking.

We would like to ask you to send us your credit card details with number and validity to guarantee the booking and permission that we may debit the overnight stay amount of 30% of the total price from your credit card 21 days before arrival.

Dear guest of the Sporthotel Dachstein West. Our house rules also include that we do not allow pets in our hotel. Please also take this into account when booking.

If you arrive with pets, we unfortunately have to turn you away.
