CANCELATION POLICY
Once the room reservation has been confirmed, we will have the booked room ready for you.

Standard cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation or early departure due to unfavorable weather, illness or other unforeseeable circumstances, we allow ourselves to pass on the resulting loss to you.

• Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival.
• Up to 21 days before arrival 50% of the total stay.
• Up to within 14 days before arrival 70 % of the total stay.
• Up to 7 days before arrival 80% of the total stay.
• Up to within 1 day or no-show 90% of the total stay.

Special conditions:
If we are unable to open due to the corona pandemic, we offer you the following:
- Rebooking to another travel period (on request and subject to availability) or
- Issuance of a voucher

Payment conditions:
We would like to ask you to send us your credit card details with number and expiry date to guarantee the booking and to authorize us to charge 30% of the total accommodation charge 21 days before arrival from your allowed to debit credit card.

Travel insurance:
We recommend that you take out European travel insurance, also in relation to COVID-19.
